In second pass of the Eye.shader
float3 objectLightDirection = -normalize(UnityWorldSpaceLightDir(i.worldPos));
should be fixed to
float3 objectLightDirection = -normalize(mul(unity_WorldToObject, UnityWorldSpaceLightDir(i.worldPos)));
