LandPKS app does not display expected soil properties outside USA

Description

For some soils, the expected texture data is not displayed.

Steps To Reproduce

(repro'd with Soil ID 1.3 (250), iPhone 12 with iOS 18.5)

1. create a site at location 8.48144, 36.35144
2. "Explore the Data"
3. tap to expand "Humic Nitisols"; note that the "Texture" column of Soil Properties is blank
4. tap to expand "Lithic Leptosols"; note that the "Texture" column is filled in
5. tap to expand "Eutric Vertisols"; note that the "Texture" column is blank

Expected behavior

Humic Nitisols and Eutric Vertisols have texture properties in legacy LandPKS; expect to see that data here too.

Actual behavior

Did not see texture data.
