Python 3.10

I know the README.md file says python 3.8 is the last supported version. Is there ANY chance we can get 3.10 support?

I found I was able to use 3.9, but it would be nice to be able to modernize.

It looks like the error is in 'uplink'. Requirements.txt has 0.9.1, but requirements 0.9.7 is out and supports Python 3.10.

Can this be updated? This would be much appreciated.
