Develop definition of Terraphim Domain and Collection of Terraphim Domains

Develop the methodology (and realize it in Atomic Server) of Terraphim Domains and explain how they relate to Terraphim Roles. Terraphim Roles and Domains should affect domain topic suggestion, autocompletion, and selection.
