Image artifacts on 2025.44.1

Thanks for the latest 2025.44.1 build. Noticed image artifacts, particularly the backgrounds and on maps, in the latest version that weren't in the previous version. H264 is selected and quality is at 90 but there's no difference.

Have I missed a setting?
