Unexpected APACHEDS_VERSION Installed

I'm having trouble getting the docker container running. After doing a little digging it seems like the version of apacheds you expect to be installed APACHEDS_VERSION=2.0.0.AM27 is being ignored and 2.0.0.AM28-SNAPSHOT is being installed. Based on a quick review of your Dockerfile the scripts the rely on APACHEDS_VERSION would not be happy. I did not dig any deeper because I'm betting you'll know exactly why it is happening. Thank you for making this project available!

Unfortunately, the upstream packages are broken: https://lists.apache.org/list?users@directory.apache.org:2023-10

I can have a look if I can find some time to work around this by compiling from sources. As a workaround, I'd go for 2.0.0.AM26, which is available as a Docker image tag and what we are currently still using.
