Remove old deprecated ARY completely

## Problem Statement
The old assessment registry is still in the codebase but no longer in use, leading to potential confusion and errors. The new registry has been implemented

## Solution Statement
Remove the old registry from the codebase and ensuring proper functionality through testing  and deployment pipeline.
