Module activation problem

Maybe we should specify to define an image for this module in the Back-Office in readme.md.

If not, activating causes the following sql error:

Unable to execute INSERT statement [INSERT INTO module_image (id, module_id, position, created_at, updated_at) VALUES (:p0, :p1, :p2, :p3, :p4)]
