Reduce BGM switching lag

[32th-System]

Known instances of the games lagging when switching to another track in the BGM:

• TH06: slight lag whenever switching tracks at all
• TH13: slight lag when switching to the trance track (I wasn't able to reproduce this one, will need to try on a slower system)
