Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Direct Light source at position [0, 5, 0] and rotation [-50, 130, 0]
2. Create a Camera actor as a child of Direct Light
3. Re parent the Camera from Direct Light to top level
4. Move Camera using Move Tool

Expected behavior:

4. The Camera moving as expected

Actual behavior:

4. The camera starts moving randomly
