pip installation bug

Although the requirements in the github is being fixed for 'sklearn' to 'scikit-learn', the pip installation still refers 'sklearn'.
Can anybody who maintains the pypi project, please update the requirements?

Hi @ArtemisDicoTiar , the pypi seems too old, I failed to pip install opendelta too. I am currenly using pip install git+https://github.com/thunlp/OpenDelta.git to install.

Since this project seems to be inactive but I still think it is quite elegant and useful, I am considering to redistribute this as opendelta_plus or opendelta_v2, something like that, putting it under my lab to keep it up to date, while respecting the Apache License 2.0 license. I will add some newer sota delta tuning (peft) methods to extend this lib.

The insider and private version of opendelta_plushas been deployed to my lab and integrated to my high level peft library called BoGuan_YueQu (with some technologies extending the web based selection and name based addressing in this opendelta library and it unifies many peft libs into one interface).

We plan to opensource BoGuan_YueQu and opendelta_plus later.
