How can I obtain game data/values ​​to generate statistics? And what project documentation is available?

Were you able to extract all the data related to the players' statistics, or were any missing?

And lastly, do you have project documentation? I mean, how is the data obtained to generate those statistics? What is the function of each part of the program? I'd like to use your project as a learning experience and understand it better.

I would be extremely grateful if you could provide me with this information.

OK, regarding your questions:

1. The best documentation is the code itsself. Saying that this is not the best code I've written in my life. So it might be hard to understand, but there is no more documentation than the code itsself.

2. All data is derived from the XML source logs. Some have to be calculated, you can see examples here: https://github.com/toadle/selectbf/tree/master/res/samples

3. The program consists of two parts: A java component that reads and processes the XML files and writes them to the database. The PHP files only display data from the database. Have both in different runtimes also was not a very approachable decision, but since writing this was learning and fun for me too - that's how it went.

On another note, where are those XML files you mentioned generated? In the game? On the dedicated server? Or on the master server? And in which directory or directories are they generated?

And one last question: imagine you could redesign this project. What tools would you use, and how would you structure it, given your current knowledge?

Honestly, I somehow have the feeling that you should choose a project where you have basic knowledge of the subject matter. It seems like you don't run any Battlefield servers that would generate these logfiles. Which would not be suprising, when the last games that did were BF1942 and BF Vietnam. Otherwise helping you through every single bit is a bit much to ask.
If you take on such a project in the open source world, you should have some ideas for yourself of what you want to do with it.
