Tutorial on how to get examples running #1

I'm a Python noob. My background is in C and JavaScript. I don't know how to run the examples. Perhaps you could include in your readme a section on getting started. I know

"TypeError: 'type' object is not subscriptable"
How to reproduce
- Clone the repo.
- Move ex_2d.py to the same directory with README.md
- Run Python3 ex_2d.py
