Implement WiFi settings update #2
Description
The WiFi SSID and password can be set via the config menu, and get stored in the persisted config, but don't actually update the wpa_supplicant. Add a WiFi class to update the Raspberry Pi WiFi settings and pass them to the FinishLine on the next connection.
