PDF load error in Adobe Reader

The Michigan Secretary of State Sex Designation form (mdos_sdf.pdf) is not loading in the adobe pdf reader specifically. Browser pdf's will load correctly. I suspect a symbol translation or doubled up text is responsible. No other forms have issues at this time.
