Beta Test Webpage

Would it be easy to create a separate webpage for the development branch to upload to?

This would be so that I could send outside organizations a link to review the process for a given state as it would appear on the website before making it live to everyone.

Just two environments? you can do this on github pages, with some build shenanigans to put the dev version in a subdirectory.

PR ephemeral environments? Harder. I bet I could make it work on pages, but it's gonna get slow.

If you don't want to support deploying to a subdirectory? gh pages won't do it. You'll need another host. (Incidentally, I am another host.)

I don't see a problem with transpapers.lgbt/beta/, and that can probably be configured through Actions without having to do too much witchcraft.
