Description
In absence of other clues or of specific directives, CMS TAR will attempt to determine if a file is textual (and should be translated) or binary (and should not be translated). It does this by examining the first part of the file in question and looking for non-printables. The list of code points needs to be reconsidered and possibly expanded.
