Fix Build Pipeline for version increment

```
Run git tag v$NEW_VERSION
To https://github.com/tryonlinux/wshirt
 ! [rejected]        v0.0.1 -> v0.0.1 (already exists)
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://github.com/tryonlinux/wshirt'
hint: Updates were rejected because the tag already exists in the remote.

```

I know the fix for this, just need to do it. This is a reminder to do it.
