Snap to grid doesn't work!

The snapping is not working at all. I have to set snapping off, put the paragraph squares in the position of the grid that I want, then set snapping on, and re-click on every single square to get it on the grid precisely.

This is absolutely insane! Please fix this asap. Thank you.
