Profs should be able to set parameters #326
Description
It would be good if each prof could set the preferred maximum size of groups (and even preferred minimums). There may be other parameters each cohort (section) should need. Profs should be able to override (e.g. to allow a group of 6 when they had said the max is 5) but students should be warned when they try to exceed the groups size.
