Create config option for debug colors

The current Denizen debug colors seem to be chosen at complete random, with disregard for accessibility or ease of skimming. We should provide configurable options for these colors and possibly change the defaults to something a little more well-rounded. Another idea might be to link a short document in this repository that shows several color scheme options, should one choose to use one.

I can probably experiment with the colors in my own time and figure out a couple of presets for general ease of use. I'll let you all know what I end up with \o/
