Remove deprecation notices for things that shouldn't be deprecated

Namely: shorthand tags, `<parse:<text>>`-type tags, and anything else I might be forgetting that's currently deprecated

We don't intend on deprecating any of this stuff, at least not from what I understand of our conversations about this.
