Conversion of lower case f

lowercase f's (text) are encoded in the output vvd as "f" but they should be encoded as "|". This same error occurs when reading existing vvd's. FlowerV4's vvd is a good point of reference. I could be incorrect with the encoded character but regardless it converts lowercase f's wrong
