Move the big dirs to submodule branches #2

And then just re-use them for each presentation. Otherwise this repo will get unwieldy ...

Static

  • Move lambda-days-2021/docker/static -> orphaned branch static
  • Delete lambda-days-2021/docker/static
  • Add lambda-days-2021/docker/static submodule as submodule pointing to the static branch

Archetypes

  • Move lambda-days-2021/docker/archetypes -> orphaned branch archetypes
  • Delete lambda-days-2021/docker/archetypes
  • Add lambda-days-2021/docker/archetypes submodule as submodule pointing to the archetypes branch

Themes

  • Move lambda-days-2021/docker/themes -> orphaned branch themes
  • Delete lambda-days-2021/docker/themes
  • Add lambda-days-2021/docker/themes submodule as submodule pointing to the themes branch

Shared Content

  • Move presentation images from lambda-days-2021/content to lambda-days-2021/content/shared
  • Move lambda-days-2021/content/shared -> orphaned branch shared
  • Delete lambda-days-2021/content/shared
  • Add lambda-days-2021/docker/shared submodule as submodule pointing to the shared branch
  • Update all the links in content/_index.md since all the images will have changed directory

General

  • Add make targets for setting up a new repo that:
    • creates a new directory
    • creates submodules for docker/static, docker/themes, and content/shared
    • creates a placeholder content/_index.md file
    • creates a Makefile
    • creates a docker/config.toml
