moksha default GETH_BOOTNODE dial fail due to "too many peers "

I run a fullnode on moksha testnet. We use the default geth bootnode on repository. There is a problem. The problem is taht the bootnode is connected by too mnay peers.

Due to the admin.peers is empty, I trace geth log and find the reason is "too many peers ".

Any other available bootnodes of moksha network we can used to connect?
