geth service UDP RPC timeout using default bootnodes on repo of moksha testnet #9

Hi,
I have a UDP connection RPC timeout problem in moksha testnet of geth execution layer, when I run a fullnode with v2.0.0 version code.
In .env.moksha.example, there is a default bootnodes config,
GETH_BOOTNODES=enode://3cd214419423663983a39a7fb2fe647a6c0073d2083b61bb9e6bca1c3916f903d2f66c5ca162f341512d15eea9821a0325122fff4940f4e3b20dc0a755b2e6a1@34.45.237.218:30303
However, this node is unstable. When I send UDP reuqest to this node, there is no response, even I increase the default timeout value in go-ethereum from 0.5s (v4) and 0.7s (v5) to 10 minutes.
Is it possible that some stale bootnodes are still being used?
