Allow configuring which statuses command checks

Hi! thanks for this project, it’s really useful.

Right now, mystatus reports errors for CLIs/tools that I don’t have installed or don’t use. It would be great if the statuses it checks could be configurable (e.g. via config file or flags), so users can opt in only to the tools they care about.

That would help keep the output clean and avoid noise from irrelevant errors.
