VCAM app did not show up for application

Vcam and Obs for MACOS.
I downloaded the app just the way the instructions told me to, but the app is not trackable. I can't even search it up. It's like it's not even there. I downloaded the app 3x times and still couldn't find it. I restarted my Mac and I still could not find the app. I really just want to make a silly character. Please help.

   b. Is tracking working properly within the VCam app?
