Add compatibility with windows or linux (fedora?)

For the moment LibreELEC does not support the Microsoft wireless adapter for xbox controller, to try to have an experience as close as possible to libreELEC I am thinking of migrating to Windows or Linux to have all possible compatibility.

Do you know if it is possible to make one or the other compatible?

I can't find a solution to simply integrate moonlight into KODI
