Check if PR is still open before deploying preview #36
Description
Scenario:
- a long-running preview build starts
- PR is closed, preview is removed (fast, 12 seconds)
- long-running preview build deploys a new preview.
We should add a test right before we deploy our preview if PR is still open. We can't use context variables, but can use github API?
