Support for the MIR payment system #7

Hello!
I'm very grateful for your support of the Card.IO framework and would be glad to contribute to this project.
Since 2015, a new payment system MIR has appeared in Russia, which is not supported by the Card.IO framework. To support it, need to update card.io-dmz following the example of this.
Could you do a fork of card.io-dmz for verygoodsecurity? I'd really like to add support for MIR payments to this repository after that.
