[Issue]: Fast Fog incompatible with Advanced Rocketry

Description

When enabled, AR atmospheric pressure fog will not render at all. (Entities are unaffected.)

fml_client_latest.log, and crash reports, if any.

Please check if this still happens with the latest release, it should fix most issues relating to fast fog.
