Output editor: knobs don't match the LCD display on page 1

Happens only after start. Switching to page 2 and back solves the issue.
Most probably an init problem.

I think this and #14 are a symptom of the same sort of problem - I think the connection of the signals between the lcdisplay and the knobs can happen after the updated values signal is sent and so the initial setting of the lcd text is missed.
