Global GUI elements

Add the following global elements to the GUI:

- [x] MIDI through On / Off
~mute all On / Off~ the plugin can be completely disabled in the DAW
~slider labels~ the hover info should be enough
- [ ] top banner
- [x] unify colors
- [x] version number
