Does Apple approve apps that use this technique?

Just wanted to know if anyone has tried to get an app approved that uses this technique or one like it.

I'll be releasing Clockshots with AppSwitcher integrated. But that's still a few months to go so can't say for certain until then. But as far as API goes, AppSwitcher doesn't use anything undocumented.
