Add tag heritage tracking

When tag is renamed or their data types are converted via operators, there currently exists no fundamental way to track which tag led to which new tag. While system tag (WIP) could be used to provide the tracking information, we still have to determine exactly how the tracking interface would look like and how the users would interact with it.
