numpy<2 pin in setup.cfg

It would be great to remove the pin numpy<2 in setup.cfg file. There are packages now, like rdkit, requiring numpy>2. Therefore, it is more and more difficult to add DockQ to scientific stack.

Update: after adding this issue, I noticed an open PR - is there any reason that it hasn't been approved and merged since January?
