Data inconsistency issues

I would like to ask a question regarding the data provided on GitHub and the results reported in the paper. It seems that they are not entirely consistent.
For example, the PASCAL VOC (w. bg.) result on GitHub is 59.63, while the paper reports 59.1.
Could you please clarify the reason for this discrepancy?
