Add a tracker for the 8 hr standing-item rotation from Loid and Yonta

Loid's/Yonta's Voca/Voidplume stores rotate at the daily reset, then again 8 and 16 hours afterward, allowing you to buy each item up to 3 times a day. It would be quite helpful, especially for new players struggling to get enough Voca/Plumes to rank up) to be able to track this.

Oh wait I'm a dummy: your tool already has this feature. It's just all the way at the bottom.

Given that they rotate so much more often, an option to move them to the top would be nice.
