Good job! It works for me.. I have some minor suggestions..

1. Rename Meeting Rooms
   In our phone book, Meeting Rooms' names are currently:

Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2.
Room2 is nearer the front entrance
Room1 is nearer pantry

2. Add Room Phone Numbers to Description/Name
   
   As the name gets translated to google calendar, people will know which number to call for which room when using phone conference.
   Room1: +65 63260529
   Room2: +65 63260527

3. Add Room Facilities to description:
   eg.
   -Television
   -Own Air Conditioning
   -Projector
