[Feature]: Remember last terminal path.

Feature description

Currently, when opening the wave terminal, all terminal blocks will return to the home dir. It will be better to remember the path and auto cd to the last work path. This can be useful when users work on a project and they need to run some scripts in different directories.

Got a PR for this. It's at workspace level rather than individual terminal but multiple workspaces would solve for your use case given this feature. #2763
