WiFiManager - unable to access WebUI

Running WifiManager branch

Am unable to access the webui from either the AP or the main network.

Accessing from AP I get a blank screen
Accessing from main network I get a 500 error

Interestingly I'm getting no debug messages via the telnet session from the web server when I try to access the WebUI.

I think I wasn't finished sending you my PRs. I changed the file system back to little fs in order to fit the dependencies onto the file system... I need to compare the latest release with my current code and get back to you...

I have just flashed the Wi-Fi Manager branch from your repo and it works fine. Try flashing the file system a second time. It doesn't seem to work the first time when switching between SPIFFS and LittleFS.
