Theme and settings reset to default

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your project, really good product !!
Here is my issue, every day the theme and some settings are reset to default. I don't know the root cause of this.
I deployed the product using your tutorial on how to deploy it on Ubuntu 18. The only change I made is to add --restart=always to the docker command.
