IPv6 support

Hey!
The website and socket don't seem to be reachable via IPv6. I think this is just an issue with listenings/bindings. I hex edited the hardcoded "0.0.0.0" to "::" and the static webserver was reachable as ::1, but that breaks the websocket.

Any chance for an update to make this IPv6 compatible? I can only host with IPv6

The websocket backend is currently very broken. It's caused a lot of issues actually. Dfplex uses either websocketpp or ixwebsockets depending on what is enabled at compile time. I don't remember which, but one of these requires boost and the other one is buggy. Boost was causing problems on the build server, so I switched to the other one.

Since the boost version works on the build server, this may be fixed in the latest (unreleased) build. Not sure.
