Debounce on message send #433
Description
In a recent update to Wire, the chat input is often duplicated and several messages are sent.
This needs a debounce. I'm not even double-clicking or pressing enter twice, so this is some kind of bug that causes the messages to sometimes be sent twice, or even more than twice. I was surprised nobody else has reported it as it has happened to me many times, and I have also witnessed it from others. Most people just use the Delete For Everyone option on the duplicates.
I am using the Windows desktop client, but I have also seen it in the android app.
