Agglomeration not allowing 2nd (Running Shoes) artifact's effects

What the title says, the running shoes in my agglomeration (image below) isn't working, only the wax gland is.

Ive seen an unsolved issue here posted in 2024, that someone else had this problem with bunny and running shoes,, it was the running shoes that was also listed second that wasn't working

I have not tested if other agglomeration pairs without running shoes work.

Note: the running shoes are what is visible on my player as the cosmetic. the right click mentioned in its desc doesnt do anything

Pretty sure we are playing the same BCG modpack and I would like to +1 on this issue. It seems running shoes do not work regardless whether they are first or second in the agglomeration.
I would assume they don't work because they activate only when sprinting.

yea it only activates while sprinting, but when you sprint on solid ground it doesn't work.
