Unify `PhysicalAssetX` with `DigitalTwinStateX` for properties events and actions

In an effort to reduce and simplify the library we could consider unifying these concepts as they overlap significantly.

I understand that one is intended to represent the data structure for the PhysicalAssetDescription and the other for the DTState but indeed they are not so different.
