PWM art net support for multi dimmers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using PWM controllers such as gledopto (which has 5 PWM channels) There is no way to get the lights to respond via artnet to channels 1,2,3,4,5. If I select multiRGBW they function, but I have to send channels, 4,8,12,16,20. This is inconvenient and makes mapping difficult. This problem will carry over to all single colored lights. It works fine under WLED control.

I would like an additional DMX light mode "multiDimmer", or something like that.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have just used the channels how they work described above, but it is inconvenient and often requires a lot of work arounds in my control software.

I'm sorry if there is already a way to do this (seems like a common situation), but I haven't been able to get anything working.

That sounds like a basic patching issue in your dmx setup rather than something that needs to be changed in the fixture (WLED) itself

What lighting desk and you using and what patching issue do you face?

netmindz: one could say the same thing about all the dmx modes currently built into WLED... ie. Why would I need RGB, or RGBW, when I could just map it in my control software? Answer: because it makes it way more convenient and it works "out of the box". I am currently using MadMapper, and often build control software in MaxMSP.

I have many of the 5PWM WLED control boards because they are cheaper and better than building my own (which I use to do). If there where a multiDimmer mode in WLED, I could just drag in a 5 light profiles in mad-mapper and be done, but in the current case (without a single dimmer function), I have to create 5 different single light profiles for each unit, and then manually number them all counting by fours, and instead of using 15 dmx channels to control 15 lights, I basiclally have to use up 60 channels; 4,8,12,16......52, 56, 60. (yes I know the skipped channels are still usable, but that would make even more of a mess). In the DMX world the basic foundation is single dimmer control, so it makes sense to me that WLED should do this.

If no body else takes the bait, I will eventually give it a try. I know the coding will not be difficult for me, but I have very little experience working on "group" software using git, checkouts, commits, etc., so that is my biggest hurdle.
