Error when creating a scope with an Application role.

Description

In APIM 3.2.0, After creating the an Application role from the Management Console, and attempting to create a scope using the created Application role.

• The initial role-existence validation succeeds, confirming that the Application role exists.
• However, when the Save button is clicked, the scope creation fails with the error: Role <Application Name> does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Application role from the Management Console.
2. Then open the publisher portal, access an API and navigate to Local Scope page of the API and Create a New Scope
3. In the Scope Creation Dialogue enter the require fields and add the Application/<Role> as the role and Enter.
4. Once the role is validated click the Save button
