Webcams not found by the current query

I noticed there are some webcams that are missed by the current overpass query, e.g. https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/9433972693#map=19/47.347180/10.167772

I would suggest adding the following to the overpass query:
nwr["man_made"="surveillance"]["website"];

[wvanderp]

I took a quick look at it, and this would definitely be a camera we should include.

But I'm expecting a lot of false positives.
